Hi!  My name is Samantha Cotten.  My friends have always considered me a creative and crafty person.  I have always enjoyed decorating and entertaining.  I actually found my love of decorating cakes by accident.  I had never made a decorated cake before, but found one that I wanted to make for my youngest son’s birthday.  Why not!  Can’t be that hard, right?  I am a learn as I go person so why not just dive in!  Since that first cake I have learned so many new techniques and have been able to make a lot of awesome cakes!  I love the challenge each cake brings.

I am married with three kids.  Our life keeps us very busy.  With all of the hectic scheduling of our lives, I still love taking the time to create another cake.  Decorating cakes allows me to use my creativity, imagination and talent.

I take a lot of pride in my work.  I only use recipes that I myself love.  I bake all of my cakes fresh with each order to guarantee they have the best flavor possible!  Try one, I just know you are going to love it!
